Have you ever wondered how collection items were chosen for exhibits? How are stories told with collection pieces? What stories were left out? Or how collection pieces can tell more inclusive stories?
Join Jesse Smith, Research Curator at The Science History Institute, and Isabelle Held, Price-Doan Postdoctoral Fellow at The Science History Institute, as they share collection highlights and stories from two exhibits currently on display at the Institute, Downstream, which explores our waterways and water protection, and Redefining Nude, which looks at the history of the color "nude," including the racial issues that surround it.
