Sign Up for Our New Emerging Museum Professional Mentorship Program

Are you interested in joining a mentor relationship to build connections and foster a stronger professional community in the Philadelphia region? Applications are now open for the inaugural cohort of the Emerging Museum Professional (EMP) Mentorship Program! Apply now to be a part of this pilot program, which will match mentors and mentees to participate in a 6-month professional development relationship. Meet new people, build your network, and learn something new.

Please note:

• You must be either individual or institutional members of the Museum Council of Greater Philadelphia

• You are committing to a 6-month mentorship relationship in which pairs must meet at least once per month (either physically or through a digital/telephone check-in) over the course of the program

• An EMP Committee Coordinator will oversee the relationship

• Not everyone who applies will receive a membership match

Applications will close mid-April, and pairs will be announced in June.
