Museums, Accessibility, and COVID-19

How can museums better serve the disability community, especially in the time of COVID-19?

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, museums around the world have dealt with closures and pivoting their content online. When open, handling collections and interactives had to be removed as safety measures, actions which can negatively affect the museum experience for people with disabilities. Join Katie Samson and John Orr from Art-Reach and Joshua Lessard from the Penn Museum as they discuss how museums can continue making their space accessible but also safe in the midst of a pandemic, and how we can continue to support the disability communities and their needs in a post COVID-19 world.
