Alli Schell has been immersed in museums for the past two decades. She has worn many hats, starting as a youth volunteer, progressing through internships, and eventually finding her stride in various professional roles. Her journey has taken me to museums of all sizes, even dedicating time to serving on museum boards and coaching peers and rising professionals in the field. She is the Director of Public Programs at the Marshall Steam Museum in northern Delaware (right on the Pennsylvania border!). Her love for this field, and the people in it, drives her to be as involved as she can!
